CIG Communities (formerly  Capital Investment Group) is a full-service, family-owned real estate company founded in 1984.

We specialize in acquiring, developing and managing residential and commercial properties to create value and cash flow for our stakeholders, our customers, and our partners.

You will find our communities across the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. We own or manage more than 1,200 multifamily homes and approximately 40,000 square feet of neighborhood shopping centers.
